When I worked a corporate job, which I did for almost 20 years, I could honestly get so much done in just a few hours of focused time. But I was expected to be present and clocked in for a full 8 hours. All that extra time was filled with boring meetings, breaks and people wanting to socialize instead of work. I like the idea of reducing the amount of time to get a project or task done. Because it puts pressure on you to get it done in a shorter timeframe.
